Placing Orders
Orders may be placed online, and will be processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday; excluding federal holidays within Canada. Orders take between 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped.


Products Information
We do our best to accurately display of the product images and colours featured on the site; however, due to the variations of each user’s computer monitor, melvik cannot guarantee how accurately your monitor will display the colours of our products.


Returns
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a timely refund or exchange.

Please note our following return/exchange policies:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused items within 14 days from the date of shipment
  • All merchandise must be returned in it’s original condition, along with all packaging and tags still attached. Products must be unworn.
  • For hygienic reasons, all briefs and thongs are final sale, and thus cannot be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging their order. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. All packages must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, with signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost shipments.

Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.

melvik reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Shipping
melvik offers trackable shipping through FedEx ground to Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and times vary by location. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather or customs clearance processes.

We cannot redirect/change the delivery address on an order once it has been processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes & Duties
All shipments outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by your own country. Payment of these is may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties and taxes in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.


Care Instructions
Due to the luxurious and delicate nature of melvik’s products, please handle your garments with care and read all garment care labels carefully. We recommend hand-washing them with warm water, using a neutral and gentle soap. Do not leave them to soak. Do not wring, rub or spin dry. Simply, lay them flat or hang them to dry. You may use a cool iron or steamer on the inside of the fabric to remove wrinkles remaining after drying. Some of melvik products specify dry clean only. 

Any of our products made with silk should not be put in the washing machine or dryer; or the fabric may be damaged.
